Well, we just got back from our first ever Sharks game.  IT WAS SO TOTALLY WICKED!!!! Not only did the sharks kick the maple leafs ass in all that sparkly glory, but I got what I wanted out of it to.

To re-cap, the Sharks scored not once, not twice, but FOUR times in the first period!!!.  End of period one was 4-0.  WOW! The rest of the game was fantastic.  I think next to the puck, the worst job on the ice is being the Ref, but man can those guys jump!  One of them not only got hit by the puck, but then basically squished by a player right after the puck smacked him.

I admit I was getting very disappointed with the game despite the excitement, because let's face it hockey i about the fights, and not a single one had broken out even though there were two ex sharks players, and an old coach n the leafs side.  At 33.2 seconds in the final period I look over at , and with a very big pout ask the likelihood of a fight breaking out.  He shakes his head in a negative.  2 seconds later, my new hero #11 Marcel Goc, tries to beat the shit out of a maple leaf!!!!! There are at least an eight player pile up with three refs trying to rip sticks away from the fray!

I regret to inform all of you that I may have just become a die hard hockey fan.
